She is an Associate member of the Commonwealth Association of Magistrates and judges. She is a member of the Advisory Board if The Eternal Sacred Order of the Cherubim and Seraphim, in charge of the Directorate of Legal Affairs and Conflict Resolution. Mother Charity Omunakwe was born on Christmas Day, 25th December 1948 to the royal home of Chief & Mrs James Ikegwuru She attended Holy Trinity Primary School Rumuapara where she acquired basic startup education by then missionaries At age nine, she lost her father to the cold hands of death, with her mother already dead while she was 2 years old, her life story changed to a difficult one She could not get secondary education after her Standards, Mother Charity served in many homes as *HouseHelp* just to make ends meet, this toughened her person & prepared her for the challenges of life ahead In the year 1974 shortly after her marriage to Late Oliver Omunakwe, she started trading in consumables and everyday wares She was soon to start supplies in high grade building materials where she operated with then Crushed Rock Industries and others to sort for best products Soon enough she gained trust as very reliable & trustworthy business woman that she could then deal with contractors of then multinationals By 1980, due to marital issues, she stood by her kids and relentlessly put in her resources to effect the best academic training & upbringing any child could wish for Her business flourished so much because of her astuteness and trustworthiness that she soon became a philanthropist, caring mostly for the challenges of others and putting smiles in peoples face No doubt *the name affects a Child* so her name CHARITY must have influenced her a lot and her unique date of birth is in no small measure a factor in her chosen life pattern of giving Little wonder she is fondly called *Mama Jesus* Mother Charity Omunakwe is blessed with 5 Children, 7 Grand Children and still counting to the Glory of God.
